Hemoperfusion Cartridge

A Hemoperfusion Cartridge is a specialized medical filter used in the process of blood purification to remove toxins, excess drugs, inflammatory compounds, or harmful metabolites from the bloodstream. These cartridges contain adsorbents such as resin, activated charcoal, or advanced polymers that capture specific molecules without causing damage to blood cells.

This technology is commonly used in the treatment of patients with acute kidney failure, liver diseases, septic shock, multiple organ failure, or severe drug poisoning. Hemoperfusion cartridges can be used independently or in combination with hemodialysis.
